Instruction

1. Download the mandala here
   Hint: You find the image at the bottom of the text. With a right mouse click and the selection "Save File" you can save the file locally at your computer.
2. You may either use an image editing program to color the relevant fields or you print it out, color the fields using a colored pencil and take an image (with your smartphone)
3. Upload the image here again

Hint: Please take into account that the file size is limited to 5 MB.
